Control box / Servomotor SC-500/M50   The standard-type control box servomotor, in which JUKI's sewing-machine control technology and know-how have developed over years are embodied, offers outstanding functions, upgraded performance and increased reliability. DDL-8700-7/CP-160A *CP-160A operation panel is optionally available.   With the SC-500 control box, automatic reverse stitching and overlapped stitching can be set and the ED-2 optional material edge sensor and the AE-4 optional remaining bobbin thread detector can be selected on the control panel, which is mounted on the front of the box, without the need for an operation panel. The number of revolutions can be selected from among three different types (standard, slow and fast) according to the preference of the operator. In addition to this feature, the control box incorporates many different functions for upgraded workability. The M50, servomotor offering an output of 550W, has been adopted to demonstrate sufficient torque performance.   The CP-160A operation panel can be used as an option. The standard control panel mounted in front of the control box Operation panel CP-160A (option) Along with its standard functions, the operation panel offers users a bobbin thread counter for higher efficiency and pattern sewing such as overlapped stitching, constant-dimension, and rectangle stitching.     The easy-to-read operation panel facilitates function selection and easy input of sewing data such as the number of stitches.
